![]() ![]() And btw I just found Teamviewer material saying they should allow old business lisence users to use newest version up to my mentioned time limit. We bought two expensive new licenses and only one we could activate. We could not use our old business "lifetime" licenses to the end of 2022. I got email Teamviewer received my ticket, but thats all - noone in Teamviewer has responded it yet. This time I opened a ticket to the "support". ![]() Teamviewer never sent a confirmation email, so we were stucked. The process stopped in phase where he tried to register himself as new user. Next day my collague came from holiday and wanted to activate new teamviewer license. And in couple of calls there were a salesman saying he will not help us, call support(!!!!), and hanged my call to the SUPPORT. One license we managed to activate after two days hard work and couple of calls to teamviewer "support". Our company bought two business licenses (because old 7->9 licenses did not work anymore as promised until end of 2022). Why they advertise support if they do not give any? ![]()
